1. Where are you based?

A: We ship from Hyderabad, India

2. Do you ship WW?

A: Sorry, we are unable to ship internationally at the moment! But Group Orders are welcome

3. Do you accept COD?

A: I don't! Prepaid orders only

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Our usual processing time is 7-10 days depending on amount of orders! You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped out

5. Where can i contact you for queries or updates?

6. Can i make additions or changes to my order? (such as address changes)

A: Yes, please dm or email me with the changes, along with your name and order number

7. Can you write a gift message in my order?

A: Of course, please dm/email me with your name, order number and the message

8. Do you accept returns / exchanges ?

A: If you have received a defective piece from our side, we will happily replace it but other than that, we don’t accept returns or exchanges!

9. Can you hold my order for a few days?

A: Yes, please dm me for such requests and just let me know when it’s okay to ship again
